The phone on hold service is free of charge if you use our overhead pa announcement service. If you choose music only or music and customized messages there is a one off charge for your initial on hold message with a pay per update fee should you wish to refresh your messages or music at any time.

To activate your phone on hold facility you will need to arrange for a telephone technician to install a line between your choonz audio player and your phone system which includes a line isolation unit.

The music wotshop provides for phone on hold services is license free.
